JARG Makes Equity Investment Into Denton, TX Multi-Family Project

February 11, 2008 – Dallas, Texas. J Alexander Realty Group announced today, an equity investment as part of a $21,915,000 project known as Spencer Manor Senior Community, a Class “A”, 240 unit, age-restricted multi-family development, located in Denton, Texas. The property is expected to yield an anticipated 40%/year return to JARG Fund II, L.P. and JARG Fund III, L.P. The investment horizon is expected to be 3 years.
