JARG Makes Equity Investment Into Cockrell Hill, TX Anchored Retail Project

July 29, 2008 – Dallas, Texas. J Alexander Realty Group announced today an equity investment as part of a $13,045,000 project known as Plaza del Oro, an 83,200 square foot anchored retail shopping center located in Cockrell Hill, Texas. The property is expected to yield a 23% annual return to JARG Fund II, L.P. The investment horizon is expected to be 3 years.
