JARG Makes Equity Investment Into New Braunfels, TX Land

December 8, 2006 – Dallas, Texas. J Alexander Realty Group announced today, an equity investment as part of a $1,266,000, 2.27 acre land investment in New Braunfels, Texas. The property is located along the northbound access road of Interstate I – 35 between Austin and San Antonio. The property is expected to yield a 10% preferred return with an anticipated 20%/year return to the JARG Fund II, L.P. The investment horizon is expected to be no longer than 4 years.
