JARG Makes Equity Investment into Killeen, TX Multi-Family Project

June 18, 2008 – Dallas, Texas. J Alexander Realty Group announced today, an equity and debt investment as part of a $16,631,000 project known as Creekside Manor Senior Community, a Class “A”, 180 unit, age-restricted multi-family development, located in Killeen, Texas. The property is expected to yield an anticipated 26%/year return to JARG Fund II, L.P. and JARG Fund III, L.P. The investment horizon is expected to be 3 years.
